True Trench Construction is not liable for undisclosed, concealed, or pre-existing structural issues that are not reasonably detectable during inspection.
All services are governed by the written estimate and agreed-upon terms provided prior to project commencement.
Deposits
Because each project varies in scope, materials, and scheduling requirements, deposit amounts are determined based on the size and complexity of the job.
Some projects require a 20% deposit, while others may require up to 50% to secure scheduling and cover material preparation. Deposit amounts are clearly outlined in the written estimate before work begins.
Deposits are used to reserve time on the schedule and, when applicable, to purchase materials.
Deposits may be refundable if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and before materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.
Cancellations & Completed Work
If a project is canceled after materials have been purchased or work has been scheduled, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable to cover incurred costs.

Payments for completed work are non-refundable once services have been performed.
