These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the services provided by True Trench Construction.

All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Service descriptions explain typical repair methods and do not guarantee identical results for every property. Final recommendations, pricing, and scope of work are determined only after an on-site inspection and written estimate.

Deposit amounts vary depending on project size and may range from 20% to 50% of the total cost. Deposit requirements and payment terms are clearly outlined in the written estimate. Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project scheduling may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We are not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.

Each property presents unique structural and environmental conditions. We are not responsible for concealed, pre-existing, or hidden issues not reasonably visible during inspection. If additional issues are discovered, work may pause until a revised scope is approved.

All services are governed by the written estimate and agreement provided prior to project commencement.
